- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The only reason they get a star is because the folks are nice. But nice didn't get the work done. I called to have a tooth pulled. Because the first visit is "free" they set me up for x-rays and an exam. All I need is a SIMPLE, obvious, extraction but I had to do this exam first. 2 HOURS LATER I'M TOLD I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE EVERYONE IS AT LUNCH. WTF??? I DID YOUR EXAM NONSENSE, WHY DO I HAVE TO COME BACK AT ANOTHER TIME? I'm so angry I couldn't even think straight. I left. I'll continue to try and pull it myself. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give this zero stars I would. I moved from out of state and went to Aspen because I recognized the name and thought it would be a good place to start when I was in so much pain from my wisdom teeth I could hardly speak. I had proper insurance (dental but no medical) and before planning a visit I confirmed with Aspen and my insurance company that everything would be covered. Well yeah it would've been had Aspen ever sent over the right x-rays. I've been ignored by the EXTREMELY RUDE front desk girls. I've called several times and been told I would be contacted later and never receive a call. The first time I did get through to the right girl she told me I didn't know what I was talking about that the x-rays were sent over. I had just spoken to the insurance company and when I told her that she said oh you're right. SO RUDE. I am a district supervisor and deal in customer service every day. If one of my employees was ever this rude and sassy to a customer they wouldn't have a job. So here I am, 6 months later, reduced to the thought that a bad review might actually make this whole situation improve. This is the only bad review I have ever left. I recommend ANY OTHER DENTIST in the area if you want to be treated like a valued customer.December 05, 2016by Kierstin Loiacano
